Delivery Policy

Dispatch Time

• We aim to dispatch every order within 24-48 hours once the order has been confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
• Special orders, like preorders, may take additional time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
• After dispatch, orders typically take 4-6 working days to be delivered to your location.

Delivery Information & Shipment Charges

• We process Cash On Delivery (COD) orders via multiple courier services.
• Delivery is free for orders over AED 120 across the UAE.
• If you haven't received your order within a week, please contact us at customers@trendydxb.com.

Payment Information

• You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Payment in cash is made at the time of delivery.

Product Information

• Most products displayed on the website are available while supplies last. Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
• Colors: We strive to represent product colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor/LCD/LED, and we cannot guarantee exact color matches.
